I read on a food blog that the writer is trying to get more organized in her meal planning but she is allowing herself one "Nuts and Berries" night a week. That is when the family has the opportunity to find and prepare for themselves whatever they would like to eat for dinner.



This is what milk looks like here in Ecuador. They sell the boxed milk that sits unrefrigerated on the shelf but this is how regular milk comes - in a bag. We found this little plastic box a month later and it almost works. You cut off a little corner of the bag and pour.
